  • MAKING IMPROVEMENTS?
    This is just a reminder to all homeowners that any plans for improvements, changes or additions to the exterior of your homes must first receive approval from the Walden Chase Architectural Review Board. This includes but is not limited to: exterior paint changes to home, trim, doors and accents; fences; patio and screen enclosures; in-ground swimming pools and/or spas; ponds; awnings; gutters and rain pipes; walkways; and driveway extensions.

    To expedite approval of your next exterior project, please familiarize yourself with the architectural review process and instructions available at the bottom of the HOA page in PDF format for you to download and print.

  • REMINDER
    Subject: Unlicensed Motor Bikes & ATVs

    As the weather warms up, we are seeing lots of illegal use of al-terrain vehicles, 4-wheelers, motorized bikes, pocket bikes and other un-licensed recreational vehicles being used illegally on Walden Chase property - including our common areas, paved roads, preserve areas, easements, and rights-of-way.

    Be advised that use of any unlicensed recreation vehicles of this nature is ILLEGAL and strictly prohibited within the boundaries of Walden Chase and our neighboring communities.

    The destruction of private property and infringement on the rights of homeowners stemming from these activities will not be tolerated in Walden Chase.

    We have engaged the Saint Johns County Sheriff's Office to help us eliminate these activities by patrolling our streets and issuing citations to offenders.

    If you witness these activities, we encourage you to report them immediately to the Saint Johns County authorities at 824-8304.
